The Setup Wizard
When you sign up to Appointedd, you will be redirected to the setup wizard. This is a quick 5-step process to set up your account. If you don't have time to complete it right away, you will be sent a welcome email with a link to the setup wizard.
1/ Signing Up

When you decide to sign-up, you will be lead to the first page of the
setup wizard. Enter your information. Be sure to type correctly the password you choose, you will need it to log into the software afterwards. If you have a problem with your password/login details, send us an email at hello@appointedd.com. Here are the five steps of the setup wizard. There is a navigation bar at the bottom of the setup wizard, so you can come back to previous steps if you wish to edit what you have done.
2/ Profile Page
The next page is your profile. Enter your basic information:
- Business Name
- Location
- Description
- Contact details (website optional)
You can also upload pictures. The "logo" picture will be used if you use the marketing (email & SMS) options. If you want your logo to appear as the main picture of your future booking website, upload it last on the pictures section on the right. Finally, you can chose a theme for your booking website:
3/ Opening Times
The next step is to set your opening times. It is set by default to be Monday-Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm. Tick the boxes on the left if your business is closed during the corresponding day. Make sure that you have entered the correct information: showing correct opening times will allow customers to book appointments at the correct time. The opening times are also shown on your booking website.
4/ Services
In this category, you can enter your services. You can add as much as you want, and you will of course be able to add/delete/edit services later on the software. You need to enter a category for each service. For example, if you are a hair salon, you can enter "Ladies" as a category for each service that is for ladies in your salon. You can choose three different status for your services:

Bookable Online: Anyone can book a guaranteed appointment at any time of the day.

Requires confirmation: People can request an appointment online, but you will need to confirm the appointment.

Not bookable online: If you would rather have people calling you for certain services, check this option; people will not be able to book online.
You will need to set the time (minutes/days/months) and the price. You can tick "free service" if customers do not have to pay for this, or Price on Application if this service has a variable price.
5/ Staff
In this section, you simply need to enter your staff members (including yourself). You will be able to add more information later (picture, address, email address, notes, etc.). Tick the services that the staff members can perform on the right. You will be able to edit that more specifically later on the software.
6/ Rotas
This is the final step! Enter each of your staff members' rota so people can book an appointment with them at the right times. They are automatically set on "always working". Click on "sometimes" to edit manually the rotas.
7/ Congrats! You're done!
You have finished completing the setup wizard! You are now all set to use Appointedd. You can consult the rest of the
knowledge base if you need more information on how to use the software. You can now access the software and your booking website from this page.
