With Appointedd, you can use a “widget” so people can book services directly from your Facebook page. Here’s how to do it at the moment.
1 – Log in to Facebook with an administrator account
Basically, log in with the account you use to manage your page.
2 – Go to Thunderpenny.
Go to http://www.thunderpenny.com/ - Login on the top right of the page with your Facebook account.
3 – Add a new tab
Click on “Add a new tab”. Give it a clear name (“Book Online”, “Book Here” …). You can also edit the settings (font type and color, background color). If you wish to have a customized image for this tab, please go to the end of this article now. Keep the Thunderpenny page opened, do the next step on a new tab/page of your browser.
4 – Log in to your Appointedd account
Use your email and your password on http://app.appointedd.com
5 – Go into the widgets
Click on “Admin” and go on “widgets”. Edit one you already created or create a new one. To learn more about the widgets, click here.
TIP #1: We suggest you chose the “landscape” layout.
TIP #2: When you change the colors of your widget, you can enter a color’s X code. If you have this X code from your website main color for example, you can use that one.
Now, select the code at the bottom of the widget page and copy it (ctrl + c or right click>copy).
6 – Go back to Thunderpenny
Go back to your Thunderpenny page. In your new tab’s content, paste the code you just copied (ctrl + v or right click>paste). You can save and publish the tab or preview it to see how it will look like.
TIP #3: If you want to have the widget centered on the Facebook page, copy this code (as shown on screenshot below):

And voilà! Your Facebook booking widget is ready! People can now book from your Facebook page.

How to make my tab stand out on my page?
Once your tab is created, it will not automatically appear on top of your Facebook page. Facebook only shows a few tabs, you will have to reorder them if your want the Online Booking tab to appear. Click on “more”, “manage tab” and drag your book online tab to the top, as shown below.
