With Appointedd, you can create email and SMS campaigns to stay in touch with your customers. Go onto “Marketing” and “Campaigns”.



Click on "Add campaign".

Give a name and a description for your campaign. This part is just for you, your customers will not see it.

Select either email or SMS depending on which type of message you want to send.

You can also add filter if you wish to send this campaign only to certain customers. You can for example chose only to send to your female customers, or send a happy birthday campaign to your customers.



Click on "Next Step".




Type in your title and your message. This is what your customers will receive. Please note that the campaigns will be sent at 5.00pm (UK time).

Your logo will appear on top of the email, aswell as your contact details and a link to your booking microsite.

Tip: try to display your email nicely. Make nice paragraphs, not just a big block of text. Make it easy for your customers to read.
