If you cannot add a new appointment, go and check those different areas:
- Services: did you create them? If yes, did you assign them to any staff member?
- Rota: did you set up your rota? If you have not, the software considers nobody is working, so you cannot add an appointment.
- Staff: did you create your staff and did you assign them to your services?
- Opening times: did you set them up? If not, the software will show your business as closed.
