Add a staff member:


Go in “Staff” from the top bar. Your staff members list will appear unless it is the first time you use the software. Click on “Add Staff”.



You will now be able to enter all the information about your new staff member.



If you have already created services, you can assign this staff member to them if he is able to perform those services. Just tick the boxe(s). 




You can also upload a photo of him/her.


 

 

Modify a Staff Member:


On your staff page, chose the staff member you want to edit and click on “View Info”. You can also use the search tool on the right. If you wish, you can delete staff members by clicking on “Delete staff”.



Click on “Edit Staff”. You can also add notes if you want to.



You will be able to change the staff member’s information. Do not forget to save changes.
