Appointedd proposes an “assets” category in the admin panel. You can create different assets (e.g.: nail bar, meeting room, etc.) that you will then assign to a service. You will have to set the quantity of this asset. This way, if you have only a certain number of those assets but more employees able to perform the service, people will not be able to book more appointments if all the assets are used.
E.g.: Let’s say you own a beauty salon. You have two nail bars but five people who can do a manicure. If you set two nail bars in the “assets” page and assign them to this service, people will not be able to book more than two manicures at the same time period.
